Katrin, who comes from Germany, is our highly valued and enthusiastic first
intern, whose focus was food and nutrition. The varied and demanding
programe spanned four months and in addition to becoming very proficient in
all aspects of vegetarian meal planning and preparation Katrin developed her
leadership and management skill. She also had the opportunity to assist
Naturopath Di Davies at Aio Wira Centre on a 5 day fasting course, and
supported international chef Peter Chaplin when he was guest chef at Mana.
She is now spending time as a paid member of staff carrying the full
responsibility of cook and leading a team.
