Kate McEwen is a qualified and experienced teacher, counselor, yoga teacher, astrologer, bodyworker, author, spiritual guide, reiki master, angel intuitive and bushflower essence practitioner. She runs her own practice, ‘Apply Within Centre for Wellbeing’ in the Adelaide Hills and travels locally and internationally to present courses, co-create learning programs and assist others to find their centre.

Kate’s inclusive and engaging style will hold you in a deep learning space and her commitment to the work will uplift, encourage and inspire you.
‘I believe that the journey to the Self is a lifelong, unique journey.’ The ‘Five Gateways to the Self‘ retreat is a way of journeying to our inner being, in the company of other travellers.

The 5 Gateways to the Self program is conducted over 5 days. The first 2 days cover all the gateways, and the next 3 days apply the knowledge in depth, in practical and active ways.

Therefore the program can be undertaken in 2 different ways:

Option 1 – Friday 6:00 pm – Sunday 4pm - learn about the 5 gateways NZD $295 (approx AUD $235 )
Option 2 – Friday 6:00pm – Wednesday 3pm - learn about the 5 gateways and experience activating the 5 gateways in your life, making changes, uncovering aspects of yourself, deepening your self-understanding, committing to practices of change and moving forward. NZD $645 (approx AUD$520) The fee includes shared accommodation and tuition.

Both programs include action-based methodology whereby you will be actively involved in, movement, meditation and other sensory stimulating activity.
Some previous experience in spiritual awakening and/or meditation is desirable. A commitment to full participation is a requirement.
