Spring at Mana Retreat Centre is the perfect time for inner and outer renewal. This annual retreat with writer and interfaith minister Stephanie Dowrick who is one of our most experienced and deeply appreciated retreat leaders and this year the retreat will focus on the timeless theme of "Peaceful Mind". Together we will rediscover our spiritual resources and what best supports a sense of inner stability and confidence that makes the most of life, whatever our outer circumstances. Enjoy the exceptional community experience of retreat life, with ample time for reflection, teachings and discussion, along with fine food, beauty of nature, and rare care for mind, body and spirit. Massage and watsu also available and please contact Mana if you would like to extend your stay at either end of the retreat. Our days will be spent enjoying a mixture of inspirational teaching from Stephanie, discussion in small groups, reflection and rest in silence, morning meditation, and individual short meetings with Stephanie for those who want that.
Nourishing vegetarian food, walks, rest and optional body treatments including Watsu deepen the joyful "Mana" experience. This is a retreat that can truly refresh mind, body and spirit, led by one of Australasia's most experienced and popular workshop and retreat leaders.
CANCELLATION: 30 days or more, prior to the event, your deposit is transferable to another course within the next 12 months or refunded less $50 admin fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the event your deposit is forfeited unless your place is filled.
