have been dreaming of a weekend retreat, you can stay at one of Waimana’s
self-contained units and enjoy the benefits of a two-day integrated and
personalised health and wellness programme. There is the option of
self-catering (vegetarian), or enjoying the gourmet vegetarian meals
prepared at Mana Retreat Centre.

Sol Petersen, with extensive training in Structural
Integration, Watsu aquatic therapy, Trager, Aston Movement Coaching, Cranio-sacral
therapy, Hakomi psychotherapy and Tai Ji, practices and teaches in
Coromandel, Auckland and internationally.
Penelope Carroll is a body-worker and
psychotherapist trained in Structural Integration, Massage, Cranio-sacral
therapy, Watsu aquatic therapy, Aston Movement Coaching, Hakomi
psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She practices in Auckland
and Coromandel.
